In addition, she was chosen by the Garden to cross its threshold. What if Waverly is still trapped in the Garden? What if Doc is immediately expelled from the Garden because he’s a vampire and therefore considered a creature of hell? Waverly is part angel. My theory? Someone is definitely in danger. What’s a severed hand between friends? Did I mention that weird things happen on this show? “Afraid” (S04E04) But maybe someone becomes obsessive over beans? Stranger things have happened on Wynonna Earp…like a dude obsessing over a potato. Of course, that was an issue promptly resolved by the Black Badge crew. If you’ll recall, Robin (Jeremy’s beau) was obsessed with a potato last season. It’s a party! Look at them beans, y’all! This next theory is so far-fetched I feel foolish typing it out. My shot in the dark - maybe this is the episode where our core crew reunites at last. At face value, there’s a humorous slant to it. Obviously, it’s a strange title for a song. Now, this episode is named after a song by Johnny Cash. Regardless, I’m sure we’ll be surprised to discover the real premise of this episode. I wouldn’t be surprised if the aforementioned tenuous alliance happens again. What if Wynonna had to enlist their aid in tracking down the missing residents? If you’ll recall, last season Wynonna partnered up with the Revenants to take on Bulshar. Judging from the Season 4 trailer, it appears as though the Revenants were spared from the peculiar Purgatory rapture. Perhaps saving a whole town is too much for just two people. This song is essentially a “party song.” Perhaps we’ll get another montage of Wynonna at Shorty’s getting plastered on whiskey? I could also see Wynonna having to strike a deal with someone who’s no stranger to the gutter.

Who doesn’t love Garth Brooks? “Friends in Low Places” could allude to a variety of things - we know Wynonna loves to party. Wynonna is back on the road again, sending demons to hell and saving an entire town along the way.Įarp first. And yes, the Purgatory world is still falling apart.” After nearly two years of being off the air, this title gives me a “comeback kid” vibe. “On the Road Again” seems like an homage to Earpers in a way. So, what does this title bode for the season premiere? Seldom do my predictions come to fruition, especially when it comes to Wynonna Earp. Nicole ( Kat Barrell) and Jeremy ( Varun Saranga) also vanished along with Purgatory’s residents. Doc ( Tim Rozon) is stuck in the Garden on a mission to rescue Waverly ( Dominique Provost-Chalkley). Wynonna ( Melanie Scrofano) and Nedley ( Greg Lawson) are tasked with saving Purgatory after the whole town disappeared. Well, I think it’s safe to assume that this episode will pick up right where we left off in Season 3.

“On the road again, I can’t wait to get on the road again…” I always dug that Wynonna Earp used country songs as episode titles.
